The primary purpose of our practice is to provide quality periodontal and implant care at reasonable fees. These fees will always be quoted and discussed in advance of treatment.
We understand that finances are a concern. Our financial administrator will be happy to assist you in making financial arrangements. A variety of payment arrangements, including an interest free installment plan, are available. As an added convenience to our patients, we also accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Discover.
We are always happy to assist our patients in obtaining their maximum benefit with their medical and dental insurance plans. While we will do our best to assist you, we ask that you understand that dental insurance is a contracted benefit between the patient, the patient's employer and the insurance carrier. At no time is the insurance carrier obligated to pay the periodontal/implant practice. Dental and medical plans vary greatly. Therefore, all accepted treatment is ultimately the responsibility of the patient.
